HOW MUCH IS THE SESSION?
We offer three thoughtfully curated packages:
Little Legacy – $250
Includes 4 handcrafted images, perfect for a sweet and simple keepsake.
The Time Capsule – $595
Includes 10 images, a beautiful heirloom album, and $100 credit toward custom artwork.
The Art of Childhood – $995
Includes 20 images, a signature album, custom wall art, and $100 art store credit to create your dream display.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to book date and time of your session, but we totally get that life happens! Here’s how we handle cancellations:
Need to cancel? You can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking.
Need to reschedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 5 days before your session so we have time to fill your spot. You can transfer your session to another date when available!
WHAT SHOULD THEY WEAR?
Anything that lets them express who they are RIGHT NOW—because next week, they’ll be obsessed with something new! Think:
Sunday best (because you love a classic look).
Plain tee & ripped jeans (because cool is effortless).
A fun outfit that screams their personality!
But no busy patterns, neon colors, or huge logos, please! We want your kid to be the star, not their T-shirt.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Your entry package - Little Legacy includes 4 images. You can take only 4, or upgrade to different collection.
CAN WE BUY MORE IMAGES?
Of course! You’ll have the option to upgrade to higher collection with more images, buy wall art, and albums.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR GALLERY?
Super fast! Your gallery will be ready within 5 days after your session—because we know waiting is the hardest part!
WHEN WILL OUR IMAGES BE READY?
Digital files: 7-10 days (we edit with love, not a rush job!).
Wall art & albums: 4-6 weeks (great things take time!).
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRINT SIZES?
We can help with that! We use special software that shows your images to scale on your actual walls—so you’ll know exactly what size will look best in your space! No guessing, no regrets...
CAN WE PRINT OUR OWN FILES?
Yes! We provide high-resolution digital files, so you’re free to print wherever you like. BUT… we can’t guarantee quality outside our pro lab. (Think: drugstore prints that turn your kid green. No thanks!)
Plus, our enlargements get special treatment—extra retouching, sharpening, and magic dust that we don’t apply to standard digital files.
CAN WE BRING OUR PETS?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Whether it’s your dog, cat, chicken, parrot, or pony (yes, seriously!), we’re figuring out the best way to include them in future sessions. Stay tuned!

Simple: Sit back and let us work our magic! No need to coach, bribe, or stress. We’ve spent years working with kids—we know how to make them feel safe, secure, and relaxed. If we need your help, we’ll let you know!
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH FAMILIES?
These mini sessions are kids only, but Joanna also photographs families! Email us at info@joannagalant.com for more details.
WHAT AGES DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?
We photograph sitters up to 18 years old!
Two-year-olds? Absolute wildcards. But we accept the challenge.
3-10? Our sweet spot!
Teenagers? Surprisingly fun (yes, even the "too cool for photos" ones).
CAN MY CHILD CHANGE OUTFITS?
We’re here to capture who they are right now—because in a blink, they’ll change, and this moment will be gone. We focus on expression over fashion, but if you REALLY want a change, a simple jacket or sweater swap works great!
